my opinion is anything you want to apply filling
 Personal Information
 Identity Verification (BVN, NIN)
 Employment & Income

all the time will be boring, i am suggesting we should do it in such a way that when you register you have
to fill all the above information first, before you can apply it must be verified by both api and admin to approved,
i guess you know how to write the logic to suite what have said and the one i omit or forgot to mention.



NOTE:this just my opinion if it does make sense please leave it , and  Do what is best, i am just give my honest opinion.
     do not follow what i have said if you think that is not correct or there be mistake in implementation
     of the logic.
